Rapid Improvement Event, 09/2017

This Rapid Improvement Event was to reorganize our processes to make better use of resources and deliver improved customer service to our clients. The idea was to improve and standardize our processes through LEAN methodology.

All processes were mapped and analyzed. As early as day 3 of this week-long program, changes were introduced and evaluated. We are continuing to monitor our improvement and have seen an overall increased efficiency in our work processes. These benefits are passed on to our clients through faster results and better customer service.
