The respiratory virus panel screens for the following viruses and subtypes:

Influenza virus (A and B), Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Human Metapneumovirus (hMPV), Bocavirus, Adenovirus, Corona virus (NL63, 229, OC43, HKU1), Parainfluenza virus (1, 2, 3, and 4), Rhinovirus

The infectious gastroenteritis panel screens for the following bacteria, viruses and parasites: Bacteria and bacterial toxins (Salmonella, Shigella, Campylobacter, Clostridium difficile Toxin A/B, E.coli O157, Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) LT/ST, Shiga-like toxin producing E.coli (STEC) stx1/stx2, Vibrio cholera, Yersinia enterocolitica), viruses (Adenovirus 40/41, Rotavirus A, Norovirus GGT/GGII), parasites (Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica, Cryptosporidium)

The CSF encephalitis panel screens for the following bacteria and viruses:

Bacteria (Listeria monocytogenes, Neisseria meningitides), viruses (Adenovirus, Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Enteroviruses, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), Herpes simplex virus 1&2 (HSV1&2), Varicella zoster virus (VZV))
